We are thrilled to welcome Ana Navarette and Erin Holmes to the Hanna & Plaut family. Erin comes to us from Skelton & Woody where she represented insurance carriers and their insureds, primarily defending lawsuits arising from auto accidents involving claims of negligence, UIM coverage, breach of contract, DTPA, Texas Insurance Code, and bad faith.  Erin was awarded her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School-Madison in 2002. She has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2004 and has been recognized as a Rising Star by the Thompson Reuters Rising Star.

Ana received her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2018, where she was also awarded an M.B.A. Ana was Top Articles editor of the Texas Tech Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal. After graduation, she practiced litigation at the Austin law firm of McGinnis Lochridge before joining local social networking start-up Xup as lead counsel.

We’re very excited to have Ana and Erin as part of the team and we know they will each make a strong contribution to the cases we handle on behalf of our insurance carrier clients.
