Eric S. Peabody

Biography

Eric’s practice focuses on insurance coverage matters at the trial and appellate level. After law school, Eric served as briefing attorney for Justice Bea Ann Smith at the Austin Court of Appeals. He also served as an adjunct professor for Legal Research and Writing at the University of Texas, building on his experience as a teaching assistant for that program during law school. Prior to attending law school, Eric worked in the auto industry and lived in both Germany and Japan. Eric has put his knowledge of the automobile industry to good use in his insurance practice, particularly with regard to automobile and garage insurance. Eric is fluent or conversant in German, Japanese, and Spanish.

Eric is a classically trained singer who has performed as a soloist with opera and theater companies and orchestras throughout Texas and abroad.

Eric is admitted to practice in Texas state courts, all United States District Courts for Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
