Upcoming Speaking Engagements

David will be speaking about Stowers claims at the South Texas College of Law’s Texas Insurance Law Symposium in Houston on January 24, 2008 and will address excess/self-insured conflicts at the American Bar Association Section of Litigation’s Insurance Coverage Litigation CLE Seminar on February 28, 2008 at the Westin La Paloma Resort in Tucson, Arizona.

David is also a presenter at the Annual Conference of the Texas Association of Responsible Non-Subscribers (TXANS) in Austin on March 5 and 6, 2008.

David and Catherine will be at the Blue Goose Liability Protection Workshop at the Brookhaven Country Club in Dallas on February 12, 2008. 

Catherine and Robert will be speaking at Lorman Educational Service’s Workers’ Compensation Update in Austin at the Hilton Garden Inn on March 28, 2008. Robert will be presenting an overview of the Medical Review Process and the Official Disability Guidelines and Catherine will be presenting the Ten Commandments of Good Faith Claims Handling.
