Hanna & Plaut represents workers' compensation insurance carriers in disputes of compensability and medical disputes before the Texas Department of Insurance - Division of Workers' Compensation and the State Office of Administrative Hearings as well as in District Court. We travel to every field office throughout the state to defend our clients in Benefit Review Conferences and Contested Case Hearings. We also represent carriers and TPAs in Enforcement Management Conferences and Audit defense matters before the TDI-DWC, and offer training and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with the ever-changing workers' compensation laws and rules.
