Biography
Kevin's practice focuses on insurance bad faith litigation, construction litigation, and collections and creditors' rights matters. Kevin has experience in federal and state court trial practice and in commercial bankruptcy as counsel to both debtors and creditors. Prior to joining Hanna & Plaut, Kevin practiced commercial civil litigation and bankruptcy in both Dallas and Corpus Christi, Texas.

Kevin is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas.

When not practicing law, Kevin spends his time playing with his two young daughters and managing his family’s ranch in south Texas.
